Your Role
As the Director of Food & Beverage, you are the lead partner behind our club’s culinary and beverage programs. You will lead with creativity, business acumen, and an unwavering commitment to continual improvement. From curating innovative menus to crafting memorable event experiences, you will ensure that every sip, bite, and interaction reflects our club’s signature member experience.
What You’ll Do:

Oversee all food and beverage operations, from fine dining to casual fare, banquets, and member events.

Inspire and lead a talented culinary and service team, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and hospitality.

Collaborate with our Executive Chef to create seasonal, locally inspired menus that delight our discerning members.

Drive member engagement through exclusive wine tastings, gourmet experiences, and creative dining events.

Maintain the highest standards in service, quality, and presentation across all outlets.

Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize revenue while maintaining exceptional value for our members.

Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
What You Bring:

A dynamic leadership style with a passion for hospitality and exceptional member and guest experiences.

Proven success in food & beverage management, preferably in a private club, luxury resort, or fine-dining establishment.

A keen eye for detail and an innovative approach to elevating dining experiences.

Strong financial acumen with expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.

Ability to build strong relationships with members, staff, and vendors.

A hands-on approach—you're just as comfortable leading from the front as you are strategizing behind the scenes.
